Samsung to Promote New Product With Provision Interactive’s 3D Air Touch Technology Provision U.K. Distributor Wonderworks Media Ltd. to Help Drive Samsung Promotion in Europe
Provision Interactive Technologies, Inc. (”Provision”), a subsidiary of Provision Holding, Inc. (OTC.BB: PVHO), announced today that its 3D Air Touch technology will be used in European promotions of Samsung’s latest mobile phone. If successful, the program will lead to increased sales of the 3D interactive units.
Provision’s exclusive U.K. distributor, Wonderworks Media, Ltd., is developing the display program for the Samsung Tocco, a touchscreen smart phone. Wonderworks has integrated Provision’s 3D interactive technology into free-standing, point-of-sale (POS) displays. The displays will project 3D holographic videos of the Tocco that consumers will be able to reach out and “touch.” That action will change the screen image and offer free enrollment into a sweepstakes via their cell phone.
“Provision is pleased to support Wonderworks’ hard work and creativity as they lead our European sales efforts,” said Provision CEO Curt Thornton. “With this promotion Wonderworks is using our technology to take POS displays to the next level. Samsung is a great company to introduce it. Consumers will be completely engaged with this interactive campaign.”
Samsung, a leading provider of communications systems in Europe, will place the displays in high-traffic public and retail spaces throughout the United Kingdom. Upon successful testing, the program will expand throughout Europe.
