Ethos Files Patent Application for Ethos FR+ Formulation
SAN DIEGO, CA–(MARKET WIRE)–Apr 27, 2009 — Ethos Environmental, Inc. (the “Company”) (OTC BB:ETEV.OB - News), a San Diego-based company, is pleased to announce that it has filed for patent protection of its new flagship product, Ethos FR+, which it developed with the assistance of industry leading scientists.
CEO Corey P. Schlossmann says, “The filing for patent protection of Ethos FR+ is another milestone for the Company. Our ECOMATES(TM) distribution network will now be able to take full advantage of our unique product.”
The Company seeks patent protection following successful testing of the Ethos FR+ fuel additive blend at the established California Environmental Engineering (CEE) lab in Santa Ana, California. The CEE is one of only a handful of labs certified by both the Environmental Protection Agency and the California Air Resources Board. Further lab testing on Ethos FR+ continues, and results will be released as they become available.
